Welfare and Safeguard Policies
Everyone using the club should feel safe and participate in the activities with the knowledge that health and safety is our top priority. If you have any concerns then please contact our welfare office.

Written in conjunction with the “RYA Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and Guidelines”, which should be referred to for more detailed information and guidance.

The purpose of this document along with the Standard Operating Procedures document is to achieve a safe and healthy environment for all members, instructors, trainees and visitors to Saundersfoot Sailing Club during RYA and other training sessions.

This Complaints Procedure outlines the process for dealing with serious complaints concerning any club activities, RYA Training, social and other events and the conduct of behaviour of any club member.

Club Charter
The Club is affiliated to the Royal Yachting Association (RYA).
The Club is a non-incorporated Community Amateur Sports Club without limited liability. The Club is non-profit making and all surpluses will be used to improve Club facilities and activities.

RYA Affiliated Club
Saundersfoot Sailing Club is affiliated to the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). This means we follow the values and standards of the RYA to promote and protect safe, successful and rewarding sailing.
